I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, School of Nursing, and after serving as a licensed registered nurse, I applied and was accepted to attend the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine, where I earned my Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. Upon graduation I served four years, active duty, in the U.S. Army. While serving in the Army, I completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry, at Ft. Jackson, Columbia, South Carolina, followed by practicing three years of general dentistry at Ft. Bliss, El Paso, Texas.
I am committed to providing the highest level of care to my patients, and I believe the only way to achieve this is to stay current with the latest materials, techniques, technology, and equipment. I frequently participate in continuing education classes, technical and practical training courses, conferences, seminars, and symposiums, as well as subscribe to dental publications to stay current.
I am licensed to practice dentistry in the states of Minnesota and Nevada, and I am a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
